Does market basket accept EBT
For products not covered by the SNAP program، an alternate payment method must be used. Items purchased with an EBT card can be returned under Market Basket’s usual 90-day return policy.
However، because it is against federal law، you will not be offered cash refunds for returning EBT items. In the event of a product return، Market Basket may credit your EBT card، give you a shop credit، a gift card، or an equivalent item.
Market Basket operates over 1900 stores across the United States. It accepts SNAP EBT cards at all of its 1،900+ locations in all 50 states.
Is Market Basket a WIC-approved retailer?
WIC is accessible in all 50 states، 34 Indian tribes، America Samoa، the District of Columbia، Guam، the Northern Mariana Islands، Puerto Rico، and the Virgin Islands.
It is the responsibility of each state to authorize stores to accept WIC cheques. At a minimum، the State will assess food costs، the store’s owner’s business integrity، including whether the owner has been rejected from SNAP، and the range and amount of goods offered in the store.
